Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend logistics operations across warehouse and distribution channels
- Lead and mentor 5-7 weekend staff members to ensure peak productivity
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with real-time problem-solving
- Manage inventory reconciliation and quality assurance checks
- Communicate shift priorities with weekday management teams
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift supervision
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Valid Washington State driver's license
