As a Weekend Operations Lead, you will bridge the gap between our weekend workforce and our management team, ensuring that every shift runs efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations and inventory control during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries with professionalism.
- Train, mentor, and supervise part-time staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Monitor point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Address customer feedback and implement immediate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) for full-time hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
