Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide detailed product information to customers.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management while providing immediate assistance where possible.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule of Saturday and Sunday (Full or Part Time).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
