Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages and cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet strict daily performance targets.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders and resolve any issues promptly on-site.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) and be willing to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; GED preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
