Role Overview:
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our supply chain network.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily loading, unloading, and sorting of inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless inventory continuity.
- Perform routine quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Adhere to all company policies, including OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
