Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and organize the sales floor to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily operational goals and sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
