Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist with the organization and replenishment of merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory counts, and security checks.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a commitment to reliable attendance.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
