Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and customer interactions with a focus on service excellence.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami location.
- Must pass a background check.
