Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet weekend sales targets.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
