Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory cycles and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage the loading, unloading, and staging of inbound and outbound freight.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and organization within the warehouse facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
