Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify operational improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Uphold our brand standards by representing Apex Distribution with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
