Responsibilities
- Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate processing and packing of shipments.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience needed.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
