Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently to ensure facility readiness.
- Manage inventory stock levels, conducting accurate counts and stock replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of weekend events or promotional displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to reach the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
