Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting the retail floor and answer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and damaged goods according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent weekly basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery-related tasks).
