Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer experience during peak weekend hours.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct accurate stock counts, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handheld scanners.
- Assist with stock replenishment and backroom organization to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, IL location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
