Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organizing merchandise displays to maintain a clean, attractive store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily targets and support store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 weekend shifts per week (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks as needed.
