Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process sales transactions, manage returns, and balance cash registers at the end of shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking attractive and organized.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies during busy weekend rushes.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills are essential.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for weekend shifts.
