Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff members to consistently uphold our brand standards of service excellence.
- Manage and process point-of-sale transactions with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and assist with restocking as required.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
