Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Uphold quality control standards for all outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to 5S methodology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
