Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to daily shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
