Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track product movement and status.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts and night shifts as required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for some roles).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
