Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload trucks during the night shift to meet daily volume targets.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, specifically Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Night Shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
