Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during peak weekend and overnight shifts
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanning technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Resolve inventory discrepancies with precision and attention to detail
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
