Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness and ability to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
