Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform quality control checks and inventory reconciliation duties
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized staging areas and optimize warehouse flow during peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems and maintain audit-ready records
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
