Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and mandatory weekend availability.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and logging data.
