- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately pick and pack orders with zero-error scanning protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in real-time
- Maintain organized staging areas for weekend shipping deadlines
- Operate warehouse management systems with precision
- Enforce OSHA safety standards during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Availability Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
