Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within temperature-controlled facilities
- Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain detailed inventory records
- Collaborate with overnight teams to prioritize urgent customer orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight using electric pallet jacks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work every Saturday & Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
