Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate ticketing kiosks and concession stands accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory such as snacks, drinks, and prizes regularly throughout the shift.
- Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security for all patrons.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down arcade games and events as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- No prior experience required; training is provided.
