Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-person team during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Monitor production lines and quality control metrics
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical incidents
- Complete shift handovers and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
- Train new night shift associates
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Availability for every weekend shift (no exceptions)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background/drug screening
