Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend night shift warehouse operations (6 PM - 6 AM Sat/Sun)
- Manage team of 5-7 warehouse associates with task delegation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during all shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
