- Oversee 8-12 person weekend and night shift teams with precision
- Ensure operational excellence through real-time performance monitoring
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for seamless handoffs
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve escalated customer and team member issues promptly
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in shift-based operations
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in scheduling software and digital reporting tools
- Flexible availability for weekends and overnight shifts
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
