Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations during weekend and overnight shifts across multiple client sites
- Manage team of 4-6 security officers, ensuring protocol compliance and performance standards
- Conduct incident investigations and detailed incident report documentation
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical events
- Implement emergency response procedures for security breaches and medical emergencies
- Conduct regular patrols and access control at high-profile locations
- Maintain communication with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years security supervision experience in high-volume environments
- Valid Texas Class D Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in using security management software and surveillance systems
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift in varied weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
