- Oversee 8-12 person teams during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor operations compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues in real-time
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Conduct shift handovers and performance documentation
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures
- Implement emergency response protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in service/retail/logistics
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun 10 PM-6 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability highly valued
