Responsibilities
- Supplement staffing during peak weekend and overnight hours across Charlotte facilities
- Ensure operational continuity through meticulous inventory management and quality checks
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain strict safety protocols and compliance documentation
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients
- Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision
- Track and report performance metrics to shift managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid North Carolina ID
- Proven reliability with consistent punctuality record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking periods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2-3 overnight shifts weekly
