Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight patient care operations and nursing staff
- Manage shift scheduling and resource allocation
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with on-call physicians
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Conduct patient rounds and care documentation reviews
- Train and mentor night shift team members
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Ohio
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- 1+ years of supervisory/charge nurse experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
- Electronic health record proficiency
