Responsibilities
- Oversee team operations during weekend and night shifts, ensuring service excellence and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations for overnight teams
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues with minimal supervision
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for facilities, equipment, and cash handling
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal oversight
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site coverage
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS operations
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred
