Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during weekend and overnight shifts, ensuring operational excellence
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control protocols
- Implement safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new staff on equipment operation and warehouse systems
- Optimize shift workflows using WMS technology and real-time analytics
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for daily management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard shifts (weekends/nights)
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
