Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress using EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and cross-functional teams
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and safety protocols
- mentor new team members during overnight rotations
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong documentation and critical thinking skills
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday night shift
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
