Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency calls overnight
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff for urgent cases
- Maintain secure patient environments during overnight hours
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during nighttime care
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year overnight shift experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 11 PM - 7 AM) mandatory
- BLS/CPR certification with current renewal
- Ability to remain alert during overnight hours
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Valid driver's license for emergency transport if needed
