Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend and overnight hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Monitor premises to ensure safety and operational standards compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly with professionalism
- Adhere to strict scheduling protocols and attendance requirements
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in shift-based or customer-facing roles
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
