Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Previous experience in technical support, operations, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts and night hours.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and software tools.
