Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate facility operations during Saturday/Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to emergency situations and client inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Conduct regular security patrols and safety compliance checks across premises
- Manage shift documentation and incident reporting using digital systems
- Coordinate with on-call staff and external vendors for urgent maintenance requests
- Ensure all equipment and systems are operational throughout the shift
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover briefings for day teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, facilities management, or operations
- Valid DC Security Guard License (preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
