Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside manner during overnight hours
- Accurately document patient records and maintain electronic health systems
- Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostic testing
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Coordinate patient care across departments during night shift coverage
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain a sterile and organized exam/treatment environment
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced setting
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight hours consistently
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
