As a Weekend Night Shift Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy machinery and production equipment during the night shift.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production quotas.
- Complete necessary documentation and inventory logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday through Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
