Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and night shifts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Safely operate equipment and maintain compliance with company protocols during off-peak hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational handovers and task completion
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records during weekend high-traffic periods
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible weekends and consistent night shifts (Fri-Sun, 6 PM-6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills with ability to self-motivate during independent work periods
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and digital documentation tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical job requirements
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
