Responsibilities
- Perform core duties in assigned department (retail stocking, warehouse sorting, hotel housekeeping, or customer support)
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Operate basic equipment (POS systems, pallet jacks, cleaning tools) with proper training
- Provide exceptional service to customers or clients during peak hours
- Collaborate with shift teams to ensure seamless operations
- Complete daily task checklists and report issues to supervisors
- Manage inventory or stock rotation as per department guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and/or overnight shifts (evening to early morning)
- Reliable transportation to work sites in Cleveland, OH or PA locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math and communication skills for transaction or service roles
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Previous experience preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training
