Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Participate in shift handovers and team communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience required
- Availability for flexible weekend and night shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ohio driver's license (if transport required)
- Background check and drug screen clearance
