Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate overnight care and monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call lights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care transitions
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and inventory management
Qualifications
- Current AZ CNA, LPN, or RN license (or equivalent medical certification)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute or long-term care
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) Fri-Sun
