Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Collaborate with nursing staff during shift transitions
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call lights
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) and night shifts (11PM-7AM)
- BLS/CPR certification from accredited provider
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
